James Park - Head Coach
Coach Park enters his 19th season as head coach at TOHS. He is a graduate of California Lutheran University, 1986. His coaching career includes:
• Head Coach, Moorpark High School Girls' Volleyball Team- '87-'92
• Head Coach, Thousand Oaks High School Boys' Volleyball Team- '93-'98 and '01-'02
• Head Coach, Cal Lutheran University Women's Volleyball Team - '93-'01
• Head Coach, Thousand Oaks High School Girls' Volleyball Team - '06 –Present
Coach Park retired as a math teacher after 36 years at TOHS. He has been married to his wife Kate since 1993 and has two daughters, Sarah and Sharri.

Jenny Kent - Assistant Coach
Jenny Kent is in her fifth season on the coaching staff for Thousand Oaks High School. She is a TOHS alum (Class of ‘17), and played for Coach Park for four seasons during her time in high school.
Jenny graduated from California Lutheran University in 2020 where she received her degree in educational studies, competed in three seasons for the Regals’ volleyball program and obtained her Masters degree in educational leadership in 2023. She is in her second year of teaching Language Arts and Social Studies at Bethany Christian Middle School.
On top of coaching for the Lancers, Jenny also coaches for Zuma Bay volleyball club and enjoys spending time with her family including her mom Jean, dad Rick, and older brother Donald.
